Etymology: The name refers to Calocybe-like morphotype of the species in question in combination with white coloration.

Diagnosis: Habitus tricholomatoideus. Pileus applanatus vel planus, albus, margine primo involutus, lamellae adnexae. Stipes centralis, cylindricus, fibrillosus, crassus. Hyphae monomiticae, fibulatae. Depositum sporarum albidum. Basidiosporae ellipsoideae, inamyloideae, tenuitunicatae, leviter verrucosae. Saprophyticus.
