Brasilioporus

Brasilioporus A.C. Magnago, Alves-Silva & T.W Henkel, in Magnago, et al., Mycologia 114, 607-625 (2022)

Etymology: Brasilioporus (Latin), in reference to the country of origin for the type species (Brazil) and -porus for the poroid hymenophore.

Diagnosis: Basidioma epigeous, small to medium-sized; pileus matted fibrillose to squamulose; hymenophore tubulose poroid; hymenophore and context off-white, pinkish with age, staining orangish red then to black; basidiospores pinkish to cinnamon brown in deposit, subcylindrical to fusoid, smooth; hymenophoral trama boletoid.
