Unilacrymaceae Shirouzu, Tokum. & Oberw., in Mycologia 105 (5): 1120 (2013)

Diagnostic characters: A family of the order Unilacrymales. Basidiocarps tiny pulvinate. Hyphae with clamp connections. Hymenium limited to the superior surface of the basidiocarp. Basidia cylindrical, non-bifurcate. Basidiospores globose to subglobose, mature irregularly septate to muriform.
