Hastodontia

Hastodontia (Parmasto) Hjortstam & Ryvarden 2009, in Gorjón, Studies in Fungi 5(1), 215 (2020).

            Basionym: Hyphodontia subsect. Hastodontia Parmasto 1968

            Diagnosis: Basidiome resupinate, effused, adnate, hymenophore smooth to tuberculate. Hyphal system monomitic, all hyphae with clamps, distinct to thick-walled. Cystidia of two kind: 1) subulate cystidia; 2) enclosed moniliform cystidia. Basidia subcylindrical, with a median constriction, with 4-sterigmata and a basal clamp. Basidiospores cylindrical to subcylindrical, smooth, thin-walled, IKI–, CB–.
