Hydnophlebia

Hydnophlebia Parmasto 1967, in Gorjón, Studies in Fungi 5(1), 219 (2020).

            Diagnosis: Basidiome resupinate, membranous, reddish-orange, hymenophore hydnoid with aculei, margin with rhizomorphs. Hyphal system monomitic, hyphae with simple-septa. Cystidia cylindrical, tubular to ventricose, thin-walled, simple-septate at base. Basidia cylindrical to subclavate, with 4 sterigmata, basal clamp absent. Basidiospores ellipsoid, smooth, thin-walled, inamyloid, non-dextrinoid, CB–.
